“A riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma…”
Words used in 1939 by Sir Winston Churchill to describe Russia, seem apropos to the piece of Mill Valley art known as 239½ Cleveland Avenue.
Adhering to the rules of Geometry (which is established as the basis of our art) architect, William Cullen's vision has resulted in a 2 bedroom 2½ bath creation where the range of designs that might mean something... might have some symbolic significance... or, might mean nothing at all... have been arranged so as to please the senses, protect the environment, and challenge the imagination.
There is an abiding mystery about this intense little work... a sense of otherness which raises all sorts of questions. While some enigmas are best left as they are, to intrigue and perplex for all time... this one must be sold.
The prospective Buyer should be attracted to uniqueness and prepared to polish and adorn in his or her personal style and taste, as this enigmatic structure could be characterized much like Beethoven's10th. (an "Unfinished Symphony")
